Our services currently include housekeeping from room attendant to head housekeeper. Our CEO
Hey, I'm Oana Dan. I am the CEO of ROR Services. Personally, I have over 2 decades of experience within the hospitality industry, specifically in housekeeping. I have worked with international brands such as Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Marriott in both the UK and Eastern Europe, as well as Luxury Collection Atlantic Hotel in Florida. While in Romania, I managed the housekeeping department for the biggest hotel in Europe with over 1,000 rooms: Rin Grand Hotel. You may be wondering why I am now managing my own housekeeping business, so here's why. For me, I have always had the client at the heart of my work. Since I first began working in hospitality, I knew I had a passion for providing the best quality, the best services, and ultimately seeing the customer happy. Over the years, as this industry has developed, so has my passion. I decided to found ROR to insure that with my business, as many clients as possible were experiencing the finest cleaning services during their stay, all while maintaining brand standards with each company we partner with.
